connect the use of the internet with something physically outside. example : use youtube tutorial to learn a real skill like fixing a car. Then you'll like internet again

just wanted to add that i felt the same right until about 28 or so. Eventually those bad/neutral life decisions will serve a purpose to make sure you dont waste future opportunities. good luck

the discovery age is what makes new tech so fun and exciting. I loved the 90s internet because i was a young kid making all kinds of stuff online. very trivial by today's standard but it served it purpose of exploration and creativity.
