   I have my git repos in one folder ~/git and then use syncthing to sync across all machines. It works great, I can start doing changes on one machine and then pick up the work on another machine without interruption

    We switched many images to use the ecr.aws registry because we were getting rate-limited on dockerhub. Our k8s cluster was on EKS and it worked out very well.

    ArgoCD will also not delete resources by default when the file is removed from the git repo. The author explicitly enabled auto-pruning.

    I tried cloud-hypervisor recently and it booted the VM in 70ms, but I have no idea how to deploy this. We already have a deployment workflow for OCI images, doing this for VMs would mean a big refactoring

    what makes you think so? I didn't use nomad but looked into it recently. The github repo has multiple commits every day and there are new nomad videos on the hashicorp youtube channel every few weeks
