One aspect that's missing for me here is the toxicity of the glues used in OSB products. Compared to multi layer timer its massive amounts of glue being using in these OSB panels. Nothing you want in the room where you breathe at least

I guess mailcow would suit your needs. Two years ago I replaced an old OpenXchange setup with mailcow and it was fairly easy to switch over. It also support IMAP copy from the admin UI.

That's why it's legally necessary to involve a notary for these kind of transactions in Europe. They can be expensive, but not nearly as expensive as mistakes like this.
