I wonder what exactly would prevent a developer from removing the signature from a generated file. One could remove arbitrary segments that signal that it is AI generated.

That would be an interesting extension. MedGemma isn't part of the original benchmark either [1]. Since Gemini 2.0 Flash is on 6th place, expectations are for MedGemma to achieve higher than that :) [1] https://crfm.stanford.

Mixed results indeed. While it leads the benchmark in two question types, it falls short in others which results in the overall slight regression.

I loved this when I started using it. It does work very well to a certain extent. At some point the diagrams became too large and the arrows overlap started to be really inconvenient. I heard that likec4.dev is a good alternative for this,

It infrequently happens on mine. The 14" M1 is 2 months old and its speakers have cracked for an hour or so every 3 weeks. Curious to see if the problem worsens as time goes by.
