I fully agree to that experience. Next thing I tried was to have three screens with different DPI’s. It’s possible (that’s a lie, since you can’t adjust DPI and scaling properly in Linux at all, you’ll end up with a half working ugly system

JavaScript didn’t not have any async or parallelization keywords at all. Essentially it’s just passing a delegate that is called later. This was stabdardized into Promises and all the async/await is another wrapper around the promises.
