I love everything about Godot so much, except for its UI system It is just so confusing to me and took me over a day to get a simple menu aligned how I wanted it might just be me not understanding how it works though

I mean, yeah, the ternary operator is part of JS syntax. But it WAS React’s choice to not include any alternative way to if/else add an element (there is an if/else but only for the entire component, not just for conditionally add

It’s not the most pretty syntax, but it’s wayyy better than React’s terrible (expression ? … : …) or (expression && …)

I enjoy taking photos and reviewing food. I used to do it on Zomato, and made some friends through that, but Zomato pulled out of my country and Google Maps is pretty much the only good existing choice

Maybe it would be more clear if you specified salary is in exchange for a certain minimum amount of output, then I would kinda agree. But then you also are expected be at work for the remainder of your contractual work hours. So it’s not

Finally figuring out Flexbox was the moment I stopped dreading writing CSS because it does make a lot of things so much easier I recommend the game Flexbox Froggy, which is how I learnt it

Eric and Toby Fox were literal heroes to me, they introduced the idea to me that someone could create a video game on their own. I grew away from video games, but I probably wouldn't have learnt programming without them
