I think specifically, it's only one journey out and one journey in. If you are eligible to get an eurail pass instead, you should. Costs the same last I checked and doesn't exclude your home country.

That seems like a lot of text in a SEPA transfer message. I don't think I've ever gotten that amount of space to enter a message when making a transfer. Is there a much higher standard limit that any banks I've used have stay

I don't think there's any common 5V esp32 boards. You should be able to wire up some level shifters to connect it to 5V (or a range of other voltages). Sparkfun sells boards with a TXS0108E on it as well as simpler transistor base
