   I bet they just talk to people, show them the app and watch how they use it. This is the quicker and meaningful user testing I know

   I was using Intercom but It got really expensive. Its the best product for emails for products but they are positioning themselves for enterprise nowadays. Because of the price I have decided to create my own email flows provider. It works
