I’ve tried to find a way to reduce or eliminate those workspace switching animations and have not found a solution. I will say that using a hotkey to access it makes it go the fastest compared to swiping, but that’s about it. There are more

I think it’s a lot likelier that some other company which has both your phone and email was breached, and conveniently the domain in your email tells them who you use as your email provider, which they can then pose as.
