The site hasn't been updated since 2021-08-02 per the footer, and probably sparsely before that. I think this site was most popular around when Snowden did the leaks and hasn't had as much hype since then. A more modern alternativ

I think it's a fear of _sending_ emails. You could accidentally trigger a cronjob that sends a bunch of emails and gets you put on spam filters. Error reporting for cron is, of course, important; but the builtin email reporting is best

I spoke too strongly to say they keep them online intentionally. The services do per se violate their AUP but because CF protects their identity, CF becomes the arbiter of taking them offline, and doesn't always agree to do so.
