   I couldn’t agree more. This person has unilaterally made a judgement from afar about what people “should be eating” and wants to ban them from getting what is affordable and attainable.

   Any article using the term “white flight” is to be regarded as ideological propaganda. When you are performing analysis at the level of blaming white People for moving, you are not looking at serious material.

   I second this approach. I used to be extremely depressed. If you are low on a single vitamin or mineral it can mess you up. Most of the food we eat now tends to be lower in key micronutrients. Add stress, caffeine, lack of sun, alcohol, lac
