Personally, and I imagine for other people, it's more just having the ability to choose taken away. I think for the average consumer, the system is fine but for power users or developers, it just sucks having that control taken away. F

(Author) This was a little tool that I wrote once I found myself cloning repos/following tutorials and not knowing what a bunch of dependencies actually did. I find it useful so maybe someone else might? I believe npm view is slightly
