   MIT has resources, at least a huge alumni network (that is one of the reasons you paid so much), you are going to have to shake some palms, get a list of recent graduates, they should supply and start asking, most companies offer a referral

   You can use AI or ML to train the electric grids to work more efficiently, if you don't it is just guess work with the deregulated market
