That’s true in my experience, but Ramen in Japan is actually considerably better. The only good Ramen I ever had in Europe was in Düsseldorf but the owner imports pork from Japan.

I love homebridge. Out of the 100 devices or so that I have in the HomeApp, only 2 or so are „native“ HomeKit devices. Will upgrade to HomeBridge 2 soon (but keep my old installation just to be safe =))

The T-Rex bit is not a joke, the line is said seriously. Also, watch Jurassic Park. Good movie.

It’s true for Germany. There recently was a case of a podcaster whose acquaintances were tapped and was apprehended while walking with his 1yo for posting memes. An AfD politician was fined 6000€ for posting crime statistics. A man had his

I have an account I exclusively use to follow users of a certain topic. I don’t really get political content, even when using the for you tab. That being said I’d love for there to be an option to ditch political content on my main account.

Imagine the iPad with an actual OS. Unfathomable.

I love the fat nano. I was said when its battery died. I love my iPhone Mini (besides iOS being a bit too dumbed down still). Apple should make more hardware for niches.

I’m increasingly bearish on Apple. I have the impression that they basically make toys for adult these days (no, not that kind of toys). My initial amazement for the Vision was immediately dampened by the fact that it was released by Appl

I agree, but this is a new problem for Apple. The iPhone was famously introduced as a cannibalizing product.

My wife is on her third Surface because she can work on them. Meanwhile her iPad is used for YouTube and Netflix. The surface is a bad tablet but a great computer. I think the iPad has potential to be the tablet computer and it doesn’t ne

The iPad is the „you’re holding it wrong“ philosophy applied to the whole OS. The problem is Apple is unable to make tradeoffs, which is exemplified by the lack of a calculator app because „you can’t just take the iPhone calculator and resi

Visual novels are like choose your own adventure books with pictures. Are those books games? Is it useful to classify them as such?

From personal experience, logic skills are significantly impaired, but when I’m stuck on a problem and high I can think of „out of the box“ solutions more easily that I later implement.

There's a clip where Steve Jobs talks about how Xerox became run by salesman. The current Apple is not quite there yet, but it's very slowly heading in that direction.
