I think Ortho-K is meant for kids as a preventative solution. It would be too late for us adults. I also have never actually met someone who has used it.

Kind of, but not really, the ublock origin app doesn't work on Orion. I tried both Kagi + uBlock versus Brave and their built-in ad-block and Brave had a much better performance.

It used the Shortcuts app to essentially be a middle man between you and the distraction. So everyone I open Safari, it triggers the other app (the 5 second timer), then redirects me back to safari.
