You can go even further if you open the MIDI settings thing (I don’t remember the exact name, it’s in Utilities). There you can set the per channel volume with 2 digits, giving you 10 steps extra between 0 and 1, as well as balance.

Fair enough, I stand corrected, and agree that telemetry would be useful there. Makes me wonder though, if there is a SwiftUI codebase, why not maintain the macOS app as a native app too?
