    Why aren't there MPG-like standards for farming, and if we had such standards, how much water would be saved? Maybe there are irrigation standards and I just don't know.

    Something like enabling instant apps and play protect scanning for any apk on the web could mean a nicer and safer experience for users. I think people would still use the app stores for their discovery/convenience but safer web instal

    ActiveX is a far cry from Chromium-based browsers being available on every other platform which has nearly perfect Chrome compatibility save for some DRM bits if I remember correctly.

    There are more pre-installed Linux desktop/laptop/handheld devices being sold today than ever. For end users, WSL and Crossover do allow for more freedom than if these things didn't exist.
