No to mention the SQLS execution planner will beat the pants off both MySQL's and Postgres' when it comes to non-trivial queries. Don't know how it compares to Oracle as I've never used it.

Keep in mind that SQL Server has had a role in driving certain windows features which I'm not sure exist natively in the Linux kernel. IIRC fibers were added to the NT kernel specifically for SQLS.

As a former smoker, you are absolutely wrong. Tobacco will give you a kick, as nicotine is a stimulant. I'd describe it as being similar to caffeine, it makes you more alert. Of course there are downsides that everyone knows about.
