Binning applications for working at Meta seems hilarious and over the top. The ‘thoughtful’ labs are vacuuming up everyone’s chat logs and prompts to train the next model as well.

Lot of disagreement on this, but I agree. Sure there are lots of hungry juniors wanting to join but the experienced talent Meta really needs will avoid this company. I work here and the good people leave to places with better cultures.

I also work at big tech. Claude code is very good and I have not written code by hand in months. These are very messy codebases as well. I have to very much be in the loop and constantly guiding it with clarifying questions but it has made
