This is one thing I like about Safari. When you open a new tab it won't start playing the video until you select it.

"Windows Everywhere" is a bad strategy for Microsoft. I still don't think Windows Phone 7 was a good name. Why didn't they just go with Microsoft Phone or something?

I remember when Verizon disabled Bluetooth file transfer on some of their "feature" phones, forcing users to use send a MMS or e-mail, thus inducing data charges.

What incentive is there to create great Playbook Native apps when you can just make 1 android app that "will work" in a "player" for Playbook? Count me skeptical.

In regards to competing with Apple, I feel like a lot of people forget the advantage that Apple's retail stores give them. The Apple retail stores give people an opportunity to use iPads preloaded with software in a nice shopping environmen

There are 6 prices for iPads. 16/32/64 Wifi. 16/32/64 3g. I would say people would care about the other NY Times plans. I would personally much rather use a NY times App on my iPad (Which would mean the $20.00 plan) versus using it on my iP

Exactly. Kids "back in Bon Jovi's day" missed the whole experience of plugging your headphones into your iPod, sliding the volume all the way up, and having your entire record collection in your palm.
