I don't follow. It allows citizenry to identify wage discrimination and other malpractices, people can get paid on the value of their work and not just how good they are at gaming the wage negotiations. Plus most of the civilised world

I really don't understand the lack of unionisation in the USA. In Europe it is endemic, even in tech, and seems to have nothing but positive impact for workers. (I'm represented by Syndicom.) There is power in a union.
