Seems more objective to me in that the quest has shitty software beyond one or two games. One or two games wont carry a platform very long regardless of marketing. Shitty software hurts the hardware most.

I was a big reddit user, with 2 small subreddits I started and managed, and I abandoned things and havent gone back. Losing the addiction has been healthy. Going back is laughable.

Anecdote: I work with multiple enterprise clients and the teams that are in-office are way more inept. They are always late to meetings, meetings run over, and everyone interrupts and just babbles on about nonsense wasting time and energy.
