Sleep apnea has the symptoms of waking up in the night to go to pee, waking up in the night fully awake and sweating profusely during sleep. They are not always there, but if you have these, you may want to check with your doctor.

From the discussion with my doctor and dentist, I ended having both the cpap for home usage and the dental appliance, made by the dentist, for when I'm sleeping elsewhere. In my case (just above mild apnea), sleep is incredibly better
