   Of course it is. There are many Russian sources in English on official government sites, twitter, whatever. And they represent a point of view of at least tens of millions of people, but probably more, invisible to the western audience.

   I just tried "Russian sources about Ukraine war", and it returns ukranian sources. So I guess it is of limited use to avoid censorship.

   Oh, but they released murderers in Ukraine much earlier to send them to the war. And I don't speak of murderers of Russian people in Odessa may 2014, since these never went to prison in the first place. But then how would you know that
