This is a very sensitive issue, but frankly men will always try to hit on women. However, right now this is completely ignored. It looks like everyone is trying to sweep this under the carpet and hopes this way, sexism in tech will go away.

There are times in a startup, where you simply have to do the work without thinking too much. This is for instance when you have finished all your wireframes and then you simply have to code it down for two months. This is simply grunt work
