I pay £6 per month for a sim only contract, which gives me 4GB of data. In the USA I feel like I was paying closer to $40-50 for a google fi sim? Which admittedly did have better roaming. Now I just get an e-sim for travel and it works out

Does there need to be an open standard or file format for context? Open models should align on the same format for portability? Could be sqlite based so it can be queried by other programs?

+1 to this. KOReader acts like an always-on "app" opened from the regular kindle launcher. I believe there may be a way to make it auto start on boot, but it doesn't replace the base OS.

I had the best success yet earlier today running https://pi.dev with a local gemma4 model on ollama on my m4 Mac with 48GB ram. I think pi is a lot lighter than Claude code.
