You’re forgetting lots of people rent. Lots of people can’t afford to own, and almost all of them rent. The other factor is dual, or even 3+ incomes in families living together.

Unpopular view perhaps, but public WiFi seems obsolete except for where cell signal can’t reach. 5G is usually faster and somewhat more secure than connecting to access points.

I’m sure they have a pitch deck. It’s pretty obvious a big chunk will go to compute costs for model training & research. But mostly it’s about the people in any company at this stage, same as any seed funding but on a different monetary
