As someone who lives in Mexico, I beg to disagree. Many unbanked have access to smartphones and data plans, unlike your country most don't buy into multi year contracts with carriers and don't require banking for cellular service,

I am a developer, in Mexico. I have to jump through hurdles to pay some sites (Browserstack, dnsimple). I want to give you my money and even though I loathe PayPal it's the only solution that always works.
