so outage was more than 5 hours. For some project like Chatgpt, I bet OpenAI would have SLA for less than 4 hours . The company needs to focus also look at Devops not just AI.

I do not agree here. Writing a bootloader , startup scripts for a embedded board requires more intricate knowledge of working of underlying Systems. Also bugs in this area can be very fatal unlike in frontend languages where there is suppor

I think as part to remain marketable in current technical job market, developers need to keep updating thier technical skills ..whether it is some CI/CD pipeline, cloud computing, devops or completely new language like Rust or Golang.
