Depending on where you live, you can get around in NYC just by using the subway for ~$100/month, and it's subsidized by most employers.

True, but I'm talking about the data collected specifically. Not all of it is gained from tracking users across the internet - lots of it is just building a profile based on what you do on their site, and potentially their partners

The simple fact that, with my not-so-old iPhone 7, I cannot listen to wired headphones and also charge the device is ridiculous.
