Ignoring the other comments, if you want to make a film camera that isn’t a pain in the ass, yes. Otherwise you can get away with quite a bit. You’re not going to get 1/1000+ shutters and all that though.

My partner works in that space. Sovereignty and self-sufficiency are big topics. The US centric cloud at least is killing itself through geopolitical risks for gov customers outside the US. Literally number one operational risk now.
