Quick question. I develop with VMs a lot and use vagrant to set up an sshfs share from my local repo mounted within the VM as shared drive. This sort of does the job, but it's a bit spotty, sometimes I can save my code, and then build

Just keep learning and don't go stale and stay associated with tech that is going redundant. This is what I have always done and its done me well. I am 48 now and having a blast in my career hacking away on exciting projects.

I use a kanban board. [Backlog] [Active] [Done] All new tasks go into [Backlog]. In the morning I move the backlog cards around based on priority, the higher or more urgent items positioned at the top. The top three then move into [Active].
