RIP, fav text tool by far. Personally, jetbrains outshines most when working on actual code; sublime for small work, and bbedit for virtual copy/paste formating. edit: thanks M$ for messing up another beloved solution.

if you have zero utilization, then you should scale down or lower your instance type until you are optimized for performance and cost. Which is easier to do when you are in an environment such as gce or aws.
