I guess there are currently three decent alternatives: - Astro - React Router 7 (former Remix) - Tanstack Start Astro has more focus on content based sites whereas the other two may also be used for web apps.

It seems to work around 25% of the time - seems like some mirrors have not all the files. It's quite strange that the same IP returns the file and then doesn't. wget https://nodejs.org/dist/v18.14.2/
