Yes - we only charge for the building plans. So it's $50, but you get to revise as many times as you want. Others have found this really useful for zoning/HOA/permit approval so far. Everything else like designing, materials

We use ast-grep for the determinism part. I should have clarified - we don’t charge for fully deterministic runs. Only ones where the LLM is involved as a judge.
