Strong incentive to dive in to CloudFront CDN it seems. Transfer from AWS to CloudFront 'edge' caches is now free, and outgoing from CloudFront to the internet is nearly 30% cheaper all of a sudden.

AFAIK, to activate full screen mode using a keyboard shortcut for any app using the Lion-flavored full screen, you'll need to create a shortcut yourself :( http://osxdaily.com/2011/08/10/full-screen-keyboard-shortcut...

I don't really want it per se, but isn't this quite similar to pixelpipe? Since that service already exists since 2007 or so and they recently (April) raised some $2.3M, there must be quite some people who _do_ want it.

Probably the site's author sees it from the PoV that it's just too expensive in the US. Other systems offer the same level of health care, at a far lower cost to the patient.
