SDAM (Severely Deficient Autobiographical Memory) is awful; we tend to just have blocks of a few years of memories. The only benefit is you can't be gas-lit intentionally because you are always gas-lit, so you believe nothing. :-)

*Fair warning -- I LOVE Obsidian.md ; not an evangelist, per se, but it's a great tool. Free and practically future-proof ( all markdown; some extra flavor markdown but that's optional, extensions anyone can build in javascript

What are your opinions on the book? I started it, expecting a modern day Poor Richards, and couldn't shake the feeling it was a wealthy person giving advice from a vaulted position --- like "life tips from Bill Gates." CMO.

With Spotify Wrapped, it identified genres for me that I'd never heard of. A quick search found this site which will analyze your Spotify lists more deeply and make recommendations and new playlists.

At the bottom, it says the book belonged to an amateur historian who went around collecting all the autographs. Cant imagine how easy/hard it would've been to get all if them.
