23andMe only tests for known relatively common mutations (single nucleotide polymorphisms, or SNPs) that have been identified by non-profit large scale sequencing projects done in the past (basically public data now, see dbSNP for instance)

This sounds a bit like BuildKite which has worked out pretty well for us! They provide an elastic AWS CI environment that you run in your own AWS account, and scales up/down as builds are queued up.

We recently changed the permission to introduce the "pro" blocking feature. There doesn't seem to be a way to get "write" perms in a more granular way. The app doesn't actually post anything though.

You can try twitteraudit.com (I made it a few years ago). It doesn't do anything fancy at all, but it works pretty well with about a 10% margin of error. It only looks at a sample of 5000 followers though.
