I understand what you're saying. BUT, be careful with the concept of 4chan and "no retribution". There have been countless examples of 4chan "reacting" to threads, I'm sure I don't need to go into detail here.

He makes some very good points, but I think it's still very early days for PaaS and it's evolving at a very rapid pace. I'm sure functionality such as "load balancing between multiple data centre providers" isn't too far around the corner.
