   Any chance Apple, Github, or Campfire have their emoji png icons available for download? (with a good license?) If not, what would be a nice set of emoji png's I can use for my website?

   The idea is that users wouldn't have to download the same jquery or whatever script over and over for every site they visit. It makes less sense when it comes to not-so-popular script files, but I guess there's a convenience factor too.

   Exactly. I am hoping, one day they'd realize it doesn't make sense to waste money writing plug ins for each browser and platform, and just use the standard, but...
