This is likely to be a record-breaking prime (largest prime number discovered so far), and the first one in 6 years - and according to the GIMPS forum, probably the first record-breaking prime discovered using a GPU :) Exciting times!

I think they meant that the input should be unique for every two inputs actually fed into the function. That is, there are many, many collisions, but they won't ever be found in our lifetime.
