I had to pay for diagnostics myself too since here in Germany, adulthood ADHD diagnostics are unfortunately not paid by the health insurance. Cost me around 600 €. The hardest thing really was fighting myself to actually get an appointment

domain name being arguably the most difficult thing here as it requires some interaction for at least payment. Certificates you can fully automate nowadays with LetsEncrypt and certbot or even managed by AWS no problem

I've got ADHD and that has been my whole life - an endless list of side projects and hobbies that were hyperfixated on in the beginning, drained of all dopamine and then abandoned once it actually became "work"
