I agree with this. In my experience working in the enterprise, Windows is less hassle and works just fine. The sweet spot for me is a Linux VM running on Windows. I get the best of both. WSL is good also. I have been in unix since '90

Mine was not dry. We brined it for 24 hours then cooked at 325 on the smoker. Came out moist and perfect. This is how I've done it for the last 3 years. Easiest way I've found to cook a turkey.

Which is probably going to be followed by a no-cost contract modification to switch out the name of personnel who couldn't possibly wait for a job as long as it takes the contract to get to approval/award. Just in my experience.

Windows has the most market share at ~85% total (Windows 10 is ~54%). If your target is enterprise users, then probably it's Windows but Mac users have been thought of as more willing to spend money on indie software they use.
