I use Evernote and create various 'notes.' Some notes I have include: "Websites to absolutely remember" "Competitors" "Potential Advisors/Investors" etc.

Use a proven program like Rosetta Stone. Then while you are learning vocab, grammar, etc., watch movies/videos in that language with subtitles.
