Those `cemented` examples appear to be ones that don't have a tag at all If you uncheck all boxes, those items remain. That's probably why they're there for your case.

Maybe I wasn't clear - having TOTP integration is a (genuinely) great thing. My issue is that it's ugly as sin, not that it's there. As above, though - I'm well aware that these are opinions from one person.
