Would someone not say that in a face to face conversation? I certainly would. I think the phrase web artisan is embarrassingly twee, like most (over)usage of the words artisan/craft etc. etc.

Well of course, "someone" has to post the propaganda, otherwise the public might find out the truth. Which photos are the BBC referring to? They don't reference them so that calls into question the veracity of their claims.

There's a difference between writing a book and formatting one. For writing you can use anything as long as you can export it to txt/rtf - rtf being the standard in the print world - even vi/vim is usable for this purpose. Fo
