I've yet to come up with a workflow where I would want Claude to do this much work... unless I had an extremely detailed spec defined for it. How do you ensure it doesn't go off the rails?

You can patent game mechanics - famous example would be Legend of Zelda's targeting system. Apparently Nintendo is extremely aggressive about patenting game mechanics. https://kotaku.com/nintendo-is-trying-to-patent-som

I'm on OP's side - even if I knew I'd be paying to run some queries against this dataset, I never would have thought it could reach 5 figures in such a short time. And you can't argue that the billing is straightforward.

I have been testing out Bun w/ Nest JS, and oddly it can run a dev server but can't run my E2E tests (using the Bun test runner). I think this has something to do with Nest's heavy reliance on old-school TS decorators.

Follow-up: the display on this tablet is not as good as I initially thought. It's great for media consumption but not great for text. Seems to have something to do with the subpixel layout required by the OLED display.

Sounds like something funky is going on... I just flew to/from Europe and I watched many hours of HDR content on mine, and the battery was fine.

I would have liked a slightly higher resolution, but the contrast is so good that you really won't notice in most situations. Certainly for media consumption it looks great.

Cheapest new ipad is $270, but the base model will have a worse screen. Of course you'll still get all the awesome iPad apps you can't get on Android.

Android tablets generally feel overpriced right now for what they offer compared to Apple's ecosystem. There's one exception: Lenovo's last gen pro tablet got a small refresh. It's the "Lenovo P11 Pro Gen 2" an

Bezels are actually pretty useful on tablets because of how they're held. But I agree in general the specs are just a tad underwhelming. The display is LCD as well, which is a bummer.

What a weird attitude. "Why would you ever expect [Business X] to offer [Feature Y] that you, as a potential customer, would like to see?" edit: especially since they are an outlier in the podcast hosting space in this regard!

This service doesn't give podcast hosts a way to retrieve their own material. It doesn't inform them that they'll be completely locked into Apple's service. If creators were aware of this upfront, then sure, I'd say

IIRC there was an issue early on with the M1 Macs that involved way higher than normal swap usage, and was potentially bad for SSDs. But I thought that was fixed within months.
