I will never upload a picture of my passport or id online, ever. I only recently started IDing myself online via eID (german) if available, before that it was usually that I went to the post office and get verified there

I went with the classic: KeepassXC + Syncthing All locally synced There are sharing options but they are not really convenient, not a problem for me since I mostly don't share passwords

afaik it comes directly from your ID's card chip, there is an App inbetween that temporarily stores that data so it can be submitted to the service you are registering to

When I feel like I have a virus I usually put on my hoody which I only wear when I feel ill and a scarf and before going to bed I drink a lot of herb or ginger tea (like two cans) this is will heat up your body and you get some night sweat
