Other people replied about a randomized/hard to guess email address. Building on your idea of a "hard to guess word" or token in the subject, posterous could allow a user to upload their public key, and require that their posts be gpg/pgp

Reddit changes their server line every now and then. Its usually fun stuff like that, or the line of other servers that they clearly don't use. Its entertaining to check it occasionally.

I do have a blog, but I rarely update it. Occasionally I get the urge to blog again, post regularly for a few weeks, then lose interest and stop posting for up to a year. This has been going on for awhile now.

Reminds me of what my last isp did to me with email, to an extent. Every account got 5 email addresses. The default was the bill payer's first initial, last name. I had one of the secondary email addresses of my first initial, last name
