I gave away some broken tools on Craigslist once and had a similar experience. 2 people showed up really happy, one was entitled. Didn’t really scare me off though.

If there is more capacity available, people will use it. For instance, I happily stream videos and FaceTime over cellular quite a bit now. Even though I was plenty happy without that capability and don’t really mind when the cell service is

Non autopilot cars crash into parked police vehicles too. It’s common enough that officers are trained a prepared for such an event. Is this maybe a reflection on the inherent safety risk of parking on the side of the road?

The robots are accurate, but the cables are not. Pick and place robots deal with uniformly sized parts that come in nice reels. Cables and tape are not as uniform and have a tendency to move in random directions.

Yeah, I flew between 4 different states last week. Montana, Washington, California & Minnesota. Definitely very regional, even between Orange County and LA for instance. Some places are full sit down at the bar is acceptable (no masks)

You’re on the right track. Find a different job where they respect your projects and move on. You don’t really have much leverage right now as your current place doesn’t have much inventive to change their policy and doesn’t seem to respect

Advanced microscopes can distinguish individual atoms. This is relatively trivial if you have the correct setup. Search atomic force microscope and HOPG (highly ordered pyrolytic graphene). This wasn’t the correct setup though to do that. P
